I work collaboratively with clients to establish ongoing, flexible goals for therapy to make our sessions most effective. I am particularly interested in the stories we tell about our lives and the meaning we make of them. My style is warm, interactive, and nonjudgmental. I will treat you with respect, empathy, and compassion. I address issues with relationships, sexuality, gender, career, depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, stress, and family among other topics. I enjoy working with diverse clients, racial/ethnic, and LGBTQ backgrounds. I am passionate about my role as a counselor and find it to be an honor and privilege to support others in bringing a greater sense of meaning and satisfaction to life.
